The opportunity
You will be joining an energetic team of individuals working on projects from £5k up to £50k. Planned and reactive maintenance, fast track fit out and small works. Our client is looking for someone with real drive and hunger to achieve! You will be able to put together quotes, invoices etc on high volume works. Although not overly complex works you will still need to be a savvy quantity surveyor who can take control of the commercial works involved on these projects. Note there are no site visits required you will be based from their offices near Sale overseeing various small works.

Our client is a well known main contractor who invest in their staff. The boast a number of divisions including a major projects department and have numerous awards in recent years. they are a busy and stable business with a strong hold in the fast track fit out, reactive and planned maintenance / small works sector. They have secured a wealth of work recently and are looking for a good Quantity Surveyor to join the team and take on some of the projects. This role is ongoing long term work.

Skills / Experience:
Knowledge and experience working with JCT form of contract
Be a driven individual who thrives in a busy environment
