Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to work in the beating heart of Liverpool - High-rise residential development - Lead role on a multi-phase development - Main contractor.

The opportunity:
Our client has a new build high-rise apartment scheme going up in the centre of Liverpool, they are looking for a savvy commercial manager to be site based and take on full commercial duties on this £12m scheme. Those who have previously worked on similar projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor are encouraged to apply. This is an immediate start and will run until March 2020 once all the final accounts are completed.

Previous experience working on schemes over £10m
