Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity to join and stable and expanding regional contractor with a long and proven history in the North West region.

The Opportunity

Working on new build extra care and retirement living developments in the Cheshire and North West region with project values for £5m to £25m. Working with in an expanding regional office which has shown stable year on year growth. In this role you will be working as the onsite commercial lead reporting to a visiting Commercial Manager. As a member of the onsite commercial team you will be taking responsibility for all the key commercial aspects of the project including, sub-contract procurement, payments, valuations, cost reviews and producing monthly valuation reports.

Skills & Experience

This role will suit and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor coming from a stable main contractor background. We are looking to speak to candidates who have proven experience working successfully in an onsite delivery role. This role would also be suited to an ambitious individual who is looking to take further career steps in the future working with a stable regional contractor.
