Freelance Quantity Surveyor (M & E) - To work with a very successful main contractor in Birmingham on £100m new build scheme. Exciting opportunity to work for a leading construction brand!

The opportunity:
You will be working with a successful multinational contractor in the West Midlands on a large large new build project. You will be supporting the existing team and reporting to a Commercial Manager. This role will see you putting together and managing the M & E sub-contractor packages on this major new build scheme in the city centre. You will also go on to work on 2 more schemes in the East Midlands. You will be working in a great team on some exciting commercial and educational projects. So if you are interested in a long term freelance role, or even looking at temp to perm options, then this is the role for you as you will be employed by an exceptionally strong and secure company.

Skills / Experience:
Main contractor background
Be available to start in April 2019
Must have good rounded knowledge of M & E and pulling together the contractors. This role will see you work on the pre-construction and delivery phases on this scheme.
