This Quantity Surveyor role will see you joining an expanding main contractor in there Manchester office working on a major £70m high rise project.

The Opportunity

Joining an international construction brand in there Manchester regional office working on a live project. In this role you will be joining an onsite commercial team working on a £70m high rise project where you will be working in a supporting capacity to a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. Day to day duties will include managing subcontractors, payments, measurements & re-measurements, valuations and financial reporting.

Skills and Experienced

This role will suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who comes from a stable main contractor background. We are looking for candidates who have proven experience working successfully in an onsite delivery team. This role would also be suited to an ambitious individual who is looking to take further career steps in the future.
