Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Manchester - Major High-rise scheme - City Centre location - Package Management - Jan 2019 start until the end of March 2019.

The opportunity:
You will be working with a team of surveyors reporting to a site based Commercial Manager. You will be required to manage a number of packages on this new build project. All procurement has already been done it will simply involve managing the internal work packages including finishes etc.

Skills / Experience :
Main contractor background
Good knowledge and experience with sub-contractor package management / valuations etc
To able to start in Jan 2019
