Skills & Experience
As Resident Liaison Officer, you will have a strong track record of working on social housing refurbishments including replacement of kitchens and bathrooms. You will have the ability and experience to develop relationships both on site and with residents with the confidence to make the initial contact, maintain and update residents with the progress of the works, answer any questions they may have providing feedback to the site teams as and when necessary.
You need to provide a clear line of communication with residents and site teams throughout the works, attend meetings as and when necessary collating any reports and presenting findings accordingly with the ability to maintain and manage all records throughout the works programme.

As a minimum, you will need:
*Experience working on Social Housing projects
*Clear written and spoken skills
*CSCS, ideally but not essentially
