Senior Design Manager working with one of the UK's most well known construction brands joining and established design team working on projects in the North West region.

The Opportunity

Joining the team as Senior Design Manager you will be working on projects including education, commercial, high rise, retail and leisure projects with values from Circa £10m to £100m+. Working within a busy regional office that has experienced strong and stable year on year growth due to ongoing bid success and continued repeat business due to high customer satisfaction. In this role you will be working on projects from inception and bid phases, working closely with clients understanding requirements though to onsite delivery and completion. As such this role would suit an individual who is comfortable with on site delivery and work in a client facing role to build a strong relationship.

Skills & Experience

This role is suited to an experienced Design Manager coming from a stable main contractor background who has lead the design aspects of projects. It would also be an advantage to have worked on projects from an early pre-construction or bid phase with experience of working with clients on the front end design and negotiations. Experience working in sectors including leisure, wet leisure, education, high rise, commercial and retail projects.
