The Opportunity: This is a very successful region with a busy workload. This multinational contractor operates in a variety of sectors including health, education, defence, commercial, residential and industrial. Overseeing the design process using your technical expertise the initial project you would be working on is a circa £50m new build healthcare scheme. You would be leading the design team managing preconstruction through to on site delivery.

Skills / Experience:
Do you have experience working in a Senior Design Management position in the health sector.
A main contractor background with experience of preconstruction as well as on site design experience.
Methodical, conscientious, and organised. It is key you have strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
