Skills & Experience

As Senior Estimator you will need the ability to balance multiple proposals and estimations at once, have the ability to build relationships with Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Competitors alike, prepare and send out sub-contract & material enquiries using conquest enquiry system, apply value management techniques at the outset of a project.

Essential:

Attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload with first rate communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient IT skills
Positive attitude and a drive to secure contracts for the company
