Senior Planner - Midlands - Nationally Recognised Contractor - Working on recognised iconic projects £70m+

The Role and Responsibilities

Working with a well-known construction brand in the Midlands you will be joining an established contractor who are looking to add a further experienced Senior Planner to its team. This role will see you leading the planning of projects from tender, pre-construction to onsite delivery. Projects will include health, residential with some aspects of civils work.

This is an opportunity to join a brand that is known for its retention of staff where you will work with the Directors on a daily basis, have security of work as contracts are now secured to 2021.

As Senior Planner, duties will include leading in the development of baseline programmes for the project, producing weekly/monthly reports, scheduling meetings and managing the planning and programming of the works. In addition, you will need to maintain electronic files have a high standard of administration of planning and managing program documents, check the quality of the production of planning, develop tracking schedules to maintain information and prepare tender event programmes.

Skills

This role will suit an experienced Senior Planner from a main contracting background with experience of using ASTA. You will have experience of working on project from tender and pre-construction through to onsite delivery. This role will suit a Planner who is proactive in their approach, is looking for their next challenge.
