The Opportunity

Join a progressive, privately-owned regional contractor with a growing North West region, be a part of this expanding construction brand. As Project Manager you will be responsible for the preconstruction through to onsite delivery, you will be working closely with the bid, design and delivery teams. Working with the end client holding meeting and building a strong working relationship. Taking a major role in future work winning efforts to bring an operational understanding to the bid process, current tenders include high rise residential, commercial, leisure and industrial schemes up to £100m+.

Skills and Experience

This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading projects onsite, taking control of all aspects including bid, preconstruction, design and delivery. Our client is looking for a strong leader with a stable main contractor background who is able to work autonomously reporting into the Project/Operations Director.
