Senior Project Manager opportunity to take control of major projects in the Manchester region up to £50m, with further ongoing schemes and new work set for 2019 / 2020.

The Opportunity

Joining a busy regional office as Senior Project Manager working as the lead major projects up to and in excess of £50m including high rise residential, education, and commercial schemes.

Duties will include attending and chairing internal and external meetings, maintaining contact and a good working relationship with the clients, managing site team and design team, control and monitor progress of the works, report on progress to senior management and closing out any issues quickly and effectively. Additionally this role will also see you taking an active role in the winning of future work on the bid and pre-construction phases.

Skills and Experience

This role would suit an experienced Senior Project Manager coming from a main contractor background leading and completing new build projects with values circa £40m. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working on projects from inception, including bid and pre-construction, through to completion. It is essential that you possess a current CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification.
