This is a young company that has a mixture of both experienced and younger team members. They expect all experienced staff members to take an interest, nurture, encourage and support their younger colleagues to ensure they attain the goals for progression within the company. They have a strong 'no blame culture' and expect the same from all members of staff. They encourage fresh approaches and are always open to creative ideas that can further strengthen and improve their place in the market.

Skills and Experience

Ideally Degree qualified but not essential, you will need strong man management skills, be able to develop and maintain relationships on site with sub-contractors and with clients alike with the ability to travel as and when necessary.
