Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity to join an established and growing main contractor and developer in the North West region on major high rise residential project up to £60m.

The Opportunity

This role will see you working on major high rise residential projects up to and in excess of £60m including both single and multi-phased schemes. Initially working in an office based role on the pre-construction phases of projects supporting the Commercial Director. This role will later see you taking an onsite role leading the commercial aspects of the project, reporting to the Commercial Director. Working within a busy office which due to its workload has lead to the requirement for a new member of the team. A progressive builder who is looking to add a new members to its experienced team who shares their core drivers of delivering projects to the highest quality and health and safety standards.

Skills and Experience

We are looking to speak with experience Senior Quantity Surveyors with a main contractor background and experience working as the onsite lead overseeing projects in excess of £25m from pre-construction through to handover and final accounts. It would be beneficial to have experience in high rise projects. Working overseeing a team it would also be beneficial to have had experience working and helping to develop junior members. This role would suit a candidate with an applicable degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction.
