Our client is a well established main contractor who have strong routes in the new build sector. This role will see you having multi-site responsibility and leading a team.

Joining this main contractor will see you become part of a £250m turn over business initially working on two brand new projects in the Hertfordshire region valued between £5m and £25m.

The Opportunity

This Senior Quantity Surveyor position would see you working from either their London offices or site based looking after two projects as well as two Project Quantity Surveyors. Taking the Commercial lead on the Southern modular builds you will report into a Commercial Director. Current workload includes educational and commercial work valued between £5m and £25m. If you are looking to work with modern building methods and can demonstrate a driven personality then this is the role you should apply for today.

Skills and Experience

This role will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing a team and multi-site responsibility but it is not essential. If you can demonstrate a strong commercial background with a main contractor and can lead a team then we are interested in talking to you today.
