Senior Quantity Surveyor - Manchester - £55, 000 - £60,000 - Main Regional Contractor

Due to further growth and additional project awards, a new position is now available for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established Regional Contractor who has been operating in the North West for over 100 years +.

Working in sectors including Health, Education, Residential amongst others this is an opportunity to join an established business where the potential for progression in both the short and long-term are within reach for the right-minded individual who wants to further their career.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a team that has consistently grown over the last few years due to continued negotiated works and repeat business from existing clients.

You will be reporting to a visiting Commercial Manager and be working on a project set amongst a thriving area that has continued to be developed due to its location in Manchester. This role would work for someone who has recently moved into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role who is self-sufficient but will have the support if and when required.

Skills and Experience

This role will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing a team and multi-site responsibility but, not essential. If you can demonstrate a strong commercial background with a main contractor and can lead a team then we are interested in talking to you today

Degree or HNC / HND qualified
Proven ability of working in a similar role previously
Computer literate with excellent oral and written communication skills
