Working with an established Midlands main contractor who are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to it regional team following a number of successful bids.

The Opportunity

Working in a busy regional office which has experience strong year on year growth due to successful performance and continued repeat business. This Senior Quantity Surveyor position would see you working on a projects as the onsite commercial lead reporting into a Commercial Manager. Current workload includes educational, high rise residential, student accommodation, commercial and industrial projects between £10m and £80m. This contractor is known for offering opportunities to further develop your career offering the most driven individuals the opportunities to take continued career steps.

Skills and Experience

This role will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience working as the onsite commercial lead on projects in excess of £20m working within a main contractor. This is a busy regional office so we are looking to speak to driven individual who are looking to hit the ground running and quickly establish themselves in the team.
