This Senior Quantity Surveyor role will see you working with and established regional main contractor with a long standing history in excess of 100 years, working as the commercial lead on your own projects from £5m to £25m.

The Opportunity

Working within the Midlands region as a Senior Quantity Surveyor taking commercial responsibility for projects including education, commercial, multi and high rise residential, medical and extra care schemes. You will be joining an established commercial team that are looking to add and experience member of staff to its team due to the current workload and ongoing bid success. Working within this contractor will offer you job security in an environment that will allow you to gain continue career progression. Working in an onsite capacity and from the head office alongside a close-knit team.

Skills & Experience

This role is suited to Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience in a commercial lead capacity over their own project. We are looking for individual who have a stable main contractor background, working ideally on a variety of projects including education, commercial, multi and high rise residential, medical and extra care schemes. This role would suited to someone who is looking for a long term career move working with in a contractor who have a low turnover of staff.
