Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor - 6 weeks - Liverpool - £280 to £310 per day.

Taking the lead commercial role on a 10-storey residential block. Overseeing the commercial aspects of this busy project which is currently at internal fit out you will be reporting to a visiting Commercial Manager and overseeing a Junior Quantity Surveyor.

Skills and Experience
This role would be suited to an experience commercial lead coming from a main contractor background. Experience working on residential block will be beneficial but not a requirement.
