This is your opportunity to join and established main contractor that due to ongoing work winning and an expanding workload are looking to an a Senior Site Manager to its busy North West office.

The Opportunity

Working as an onsite pusher and driver leading your own section of the project with a team reporting into you, you will be responsible for the day to day delivery reporting to a Project Manager. Working on a major developments which include commercial, leisure and retails schemes with project values from £15m to £50m. These initial projects are City Centre, cut and carve schemes and will require suitable candidates to have previous experience in these areas. This company is well known for offering continued progression with in a rewarding environment.

Skills & Experience

This role will suit and experienced Senior Site Manager who has lead an onsite team in an "out in the field" capacity. With the nature of this project it is essential that suitable candidate have experience working on city centre, cut and carve projects. It is also a requirement that you will hold a current CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification.
