Senior Site Manager - North West Developer / Contractor - Work secured for the next five years

Opportunity

As Senior Site Manager you will be reporting to a visiting Area Contracts Manager and will have the responsibility of mentoring and developing junior team members.

Duties will include ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the contract information, drawings and specifications, monitor progress in line with the current programme and reports, provide weekly progress updates, check quality and quantity of all deliveries, attend all meetings, manage and oversee all subcontractors on site and ensure that all Health, Safety and Welfare policies are adhered to at all times. The ability to develop strong relationships with both sub-contractors and clients alike is also key.

As Senior Site Manager, you will ideally have worked for a main for a number of years and have the ability to "lead the front" thereby ensuring the development of the business with a strong site team to build lasting relationships with site staff and clients alike.

* SMSTS
* First Aid
* The ability to travel as and when required
* Experience of having worked in a similar role
