Opportunity

As Senior Site Manager your duties will include maintaining strict quality control procedures, regular site safety checks, ensure the project is on schedule and resolve any site issues and oversee the day to day on site operations reporting to the Construction Manager.

It is essential that you come from a strong residential background ideally having worked for one of the Top 10 main House Buildering companies. You will need to come from a stable background and have a proven ability of leading a strong site team with the experience to build lasting relationships with site staff and clients alike.

Skills and Experience

*HNC/HND qualified
*CSCS
*SMSTS
*First Aid
*Scaffold Safety (but not essential)
