Senior Site Manager - North West - Main Contractor - Works Secured
Established over 50 years' and with multiple sites already underway with further projects due to start later this year, this is an exciting time to join a contractor that can offer progression, security and the opportunity to join a dynamic and energetic management team with a strong business plan in place.

Skills and Experience

As Senior Site Manager reporting to a Contacts Manager, you will ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the contract information, drawings and specifications, monitoring progress in line with the current programme and reports and providing weekly progress updates. An eye for checking quality and quantity of all deliverables is essential as well as attending all meetings, managing and overseeing all subcontractors on site and ensuring that all Health, Safety and Welfare policies are adhered to at all times.

Initially working on housing projects circa £10m+, you will need extensive external, and groundworks experience and ideally have worked on timber frame houses. You will be able to work on your own initiative, possess excellent managerial skills with the ability to build strong relationships with not only your own team but with sub-contractors and clients alike.

*Ideally coming from a new build housing background with timber frame experience
*Experience of working in a similar role is essential
