Senior Site Manager - Multiple sites underway - Tier 1 Contractor

Known as one of the Leading Main Contractors offering continuous opportunities throughout the North West working on Education, Health & Commercial projects, due to consistent contract awards this contractor is looking to further expand their existing team.

Helping the North West realise its ambitions and rival London, this contractor has helped the North West give a 'face lift' and regenerate a number of suburbs throughout the North West.

Skills & Experience

As Senior Site Manager, you will have the ability to travel as and when required, ideally have experience of working on Education, Health and Commercial projects that you have run as a No.1 up to £8m or as a No.2 on projects up to £20m+. You will have been involved through the pre-construction phase working on the tenders through to onsite delivery and handover.

You will need proven experience of managing a site ensuring works are completed safely, within budget and to programme, carry out Toolbox Talks, monitor and manage any reportable accidents, identify and carry out any risk assessments, weekly audits and ensure programme is maintained.

Experience and a good understanding of budgets, valuations and costs are also essential as is the ability to ensure all site records are maintained including Site Managers reports, daily diary, weekly labour, site inductions and health and safety records.
