Opportunities for both Senior Site Managers and Site Managers for both onsite no.1 and no.2 roles on projects across the Manchester and Liverpool areas.

The Opportunity

Working with a well established main contractor in the North West region with a strong workload in both the Manchester and Liverpool area. Due to ongoing successful delivery leading to repeat business and a strong work winning ethic this contractor is looking to expand its team. Opportunities are available for both no.1 and no.2 Site Managers either taking a lead role or working as part of a team. Projects including new build extra care, student accommodation, industrial and commercial schemes with project values from £5m to £25m.

Skills & Experience

These roles will be suited to experienced Senior Site Managers and Site Managers who are either looking for a lead role on projects up to circa £10m or are looking to work on larger schemes as a no.2 to an onsite Project Manager. These roles may also suit a candidate who is looking to take further career steps in the future looking to take more responsibility once they have settled into the company.
