Senior Site Manager - Forward thinking Main Contractor - Liverpool - An opportunity to lead a £6.5m luxury scheme before moving on to a technical £10m project!

The opportunity:

With a strong portfolio of work locked in, this company is looking for a dynamic Senior Site Manager to join the team.

Your first scheme will see you working as a lead on a £6.5m new build apartment scheme which is split into three phases. You will be running the project as No.1 reporting in to an Operations Manager. This steel frame scheme has started and phase one is currently at envelope and fit out stage so you will take the helm of this luxury development. Those with experience in remediation and experience running schemes up to £10m are encouraged to apply.
