The role would suit someone who is looking to progress from a Site Manager role into a Senior Management role.

You would be expected to lead all Site operations alongside a Site Manager and Assistant site Manager to support you. Through working with contractor's subcontractors and suppliers. In addition you will be carrying out inspections and organising all labour and construction materials,liasing closely with our purchasers and sales team to ensure that homes are delivered on time. Strong communication and managerial skills with the ability to lead from the front would be beneficial.

Experience in social housing site management would be desirable. In addition you should have a current SMSTS certificate and an up to date CSCS Manager's card. You should also hold a current First Aid at work certificate.
