You will be working for a Tier 1 construction company in their site office. Duties will include general office administration including answering the phone, attending/compiling meeting Minutes managing incoming and outgoing post, preparing responses to correspondence as and when needed as well as preparing the meeting room.
As Site Administrator, a good first impression is essential as you will be meeting and greeting visitors to the site as well as colleagues and clients providing general refreshments as and when needed. You will promote strong team relationships with other departments, offices and business units and have the ability and confidence to take on additional responsibilities as and when necessary.
Those who have worked in a similar environment are of particular interest however this is not essential. On site parking is also available for those who drive, if required.
Skills / Experience:
General administration experience
Clear concise communication both verbally and written
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
A good telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
Those who have worked in the construction sector are of particular interest but, not essential.
