You will be working for a Tier 1 main construction company on one of their sites in Manchester city centre working as part of the site team.
Duties will include general office administration including answering the phone, attending/compiling meeting Minutes, managing incoming and outgoing post as well as meeting room preparation. Document control experience would be ideal i.e. experience of updating and managing the file directory, logging and managing incoming drawings and documents to ensure all document requirements are captured and retained with a clear audit trail tracking all movements and changes.
Those who have worked in a similar environment are of particular interest however this is not essential. Onsite parking is also available for those who drive, if required.
Skills and Experience
As a minimum, you will need:
*Excellent oral and written skills with clear communication
*Come from a stable background and have worked in a similar role previously
*Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package and, ideally, have experience working with 4 Projects although this is not essential
*The ability to work as part of a Team
