Joining and established and expanding regional contractor joining a new build multi-storey residential project in the Manchester region.

The Opportunity

Working on live high rise and multi-store residential project in the Manchester area you will be working as a section lead reporting into the Project Manager. Leading the onsite team of trades and labour to achieve a high-quality project meeting delivery deadlines. Working within and busy regional office which is looking to add to the team due to stable ongoing growth leading and continued work winning. Working within this regional office you will have continued work in the North West region.

Skills and Experience

This role will be suited to an experienced and driven Site Manager coming from a stable main contractor background. We are looking for a proven background in onsite delivery and individuals who are happy leading the onsite team pushing the quality and health & safety standards. This role will require you to hold a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification.
