Freelance Site Manager position - New build scheme - Contract until Christmas 2019.

The opportunity:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager you will be pushing and driving the finishes and snagging work on a £8m scheme. You will be responsible for general health and safety on site, managing sub-contractors and ensuring quality finishes on this project. 5 days per week with a chance of Saturday work to ensure the project is finished on time.

Skills / Experience:
Good eye for details
Pusher / driver
Strong with finishing and snagging work.
CSCS
SMSTS
