Freelance Site Manager - Run your own housing site in the Preston area. Start date 25th Feb 2020 for 6 month contract. This is a newly created position with this main contractor!

The opportunity :
As no. 1 Site Manager on this traditional build housing development you will have overall control of the day to day running of this site. You will be responsible for managing the sub-contractors, H & S and ensuring the scheme is progressing on time and to budget.

Skills / Experience:
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid
Scaffolding awareness is desirable but not essential
You must be able to demonstrate having run your own housing sites (min 15 units)
