Site Manager opportunity to join an expanding North West main contractor working on a £60m high rise luxury residential apartment scheme in Manchester.

The Opportunity

Joining and established and ambitious main contractor as part of a planned expansion to the North West team. You will be joining a project which is currently underway and will run until March 2021. In this role you will be joining the onsite team as a Site Manager reporting to the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, helping to drive the quality and progress of the project with a keen focus on the internal fit out. This company are looking to continue building on the strong base they have already created with a number of bids underway and a strong outlook of continued work in the North West.

Skills and Experience

This role will suit and experienced Site Manager coming from a main contractor background who has experience working on the internal fit out phase on project in excess of £10m. We are looking for driven individuals who are looking to hit the ground running and make an impact on this live project. It is required that you hold a currently SMSTS and CSCS Qualification.
