An exciting opportunity to work with one of the country's most successful house builder's as a Site Manager. The company are offering a package of Salary, car allowance, life asssurance and Bonus Scheme. An ideal role for someone with a minimum of 5 years Site Management experience in new build's and high volume sites.

The Opportunity

A site management role joining an established and successful regional office which is looking to add to its team due to increased growth and workload. You will be working as part of the onsite delivery team under a Project Manager. Working on a new build housing development which will include a mixture of private, affordable and social housing The role will offer job security with a strong regional presence in the market.

Skill & Experience

We are looking to speak with an experienced housing Site Manager from the West Midlands area with a minimum of 5 years experience who have a background working on new build housing projects. This role will require you to hold a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification.
