As Site Manager reporting to a Senior Site Manager and/or Contracts Manager, your duties will include ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the contract information, drawings and specifications, monitor progress in line with the current programme and reports, provide weekly progress updates, ensure timely order of deliveries, attend all meetings and ensure that all Health, Safety and Welfare policies are adhered to at all times. The ability to develop strong relationships with both sub-contractors and clients alike is also key.
As Site Manager, you will ideally have worked for a main for a number of years and have the ability to "lead the front" thereby ensuring the development of the business with a strong site team to build lasting relationships with site staff and clients alike.
