An exciting opportunity to join a major multinational main contractor in their North West region. Working on project valued £10m to £25m including education, medical and leisure projects in the Manchester area.

The Opportunity

A newly created role to join the North West region of a leading construction brand, as Site Manager you will be working in a supporting role reporting to the project lead. Duties will include overseeing the day to day site delivery, working closely with the onsite trades and subcontractors and ensuring high quality and health and safety standards are achieved. With a strong order book already secured this role will offer job security and career progression opportunities to Senior Site Manager and Project Manager.

Skills & Experience

This role is suited to an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of successfully projects delivery onsite. Our client is looking for individuals coming from a main contractor background with a driven personality to perform. This role will require a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid quantification.
