Site Manager opportunity to join an expanding North West main contractor working on a £60m high rise luxury residential apartment scheme in Manchester.

The Opportunity

Joining and established and ambitious main contractor as part of a planned expansion to the North West team. You will be joining a project which is currently underway and will be moving into the internal fit out stage of this projects 1st phase. In this role you will be joining the onsite team as a Site Manager reporting to the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, helping to drive the quality and progress of the project with a keen focus on the internal fit out. This company are looking to continue building on the strong base they have already created with a number of bids underway and a strong outlook of continued work in the North West.

Skills and Experience

This role will suit and experienced Site Manager coming from a main contractor background who has experience working on the internal fit out phase on project in excess of £10m. We are looking for driven individuals who are looking to hit the ground running and make an impact on this live project. It is required that you hold a currently SMSTS and CSCS Qualification.
