Working with a North West based regional contractor, known for delivering quality new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Due to further ongoing bid success and continued repeat business this contractor is looking to add to their existing team.

The Opportunity

Positions available for both lead and no.2 Site Manager, you will be reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager or site based Project Manager. Current workload of projects include extra care, commercial, leisure and retail projects.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for skilled and experienced Site Managers who can push the job and drive the strip out and refurbishment works in a fast track environment. Working as part of a highly dynamic team, you will be tasked with all general site management duties along with driving the project forward. Experience of having worked in a similar role in the fit-out sector is preferred as is the ability to lead the team, develop relationships and manage the programme. You will also need to have a keen eye and co-ordinate Health & Safety on site at all times.
