Lead Site Manager opportunity - New Build Social Housing - £50,000 to £53,000 plus car allowance and package

The Opportunity

Taking the lead role on a new build housing project in the Cheshire region you will be playing a vital role in the successful delivery of this scheme. Working with a longstanding construction brand in the North West market with a strong order book of new projects due to start throughout 2021 and beyond.

The Role

As Site Manager reporting to a Contracts Manager, your duties will include overseeing the day to day site delivery, monitor progress in line with the program. You will also provide weekly progress updates, attend and lead onsite meetings and ensure that all Health, Safety and Welfare policies are adhered to at all times.
