Lead Site Manager role working with a main contractor in their busy Liverpool region, this is your opportunity to take the lead role on circa £5m new build extension and refurbishment project.

The Opportunity

As Site Manager you will be the onsite lead of this project reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager. On this project you will be overseeing a new build extension and refurbishment to an existing medical sector building. Taking responsibility for the day to day site delivery ensuring high quality and health and safety standards are kept to the highest level. Working from this busy regional office you will have realistic opportunities to continue to progress your career with the opportunity to progress to Project Manager.

Skills and Experience

This role will be suited to and experience Site Manager coming from a stable main contractor background. Our client is looking for someone who can work autonomously and keep themselves and the onsite team motivated. It is a requirement that you hold a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Qualification. Ideal candidate will have experience working within on medical or health sector projects.
