Newly created Lead Site Manager role working with a leading contractor in their busy North West office, this is your opportunity to take the lead role on circa £3m refurbishment project.

The Opportunity

As Site Manager you will be the onsite lead of this project reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager. On this project you will be overseeing a refurbishment to an existing medical building. Taking responsibility for the day to day site delivery ensuring high quality and health and safety standards are kept to the highest level. Working from this busy regional office with others works including education, commercial and heritage projects, you will have realistic opportunities to continue to progress your career with the opportunity to progress to Project Manager.

Skills and Experience

This role will be suited to and experience Site Manager coming from a stable main contractor background. Our client is looking for someone who can work autonomously and keep themselves and the onsite team motivated. It is a requirement that you hold a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Qualification. Ideal candidate will have experience working within on medical or health sector projects.
