Newly created Site Manager opportunity - Temporary to Permanent opportunity - London region - Working with and established and growing fit out business that are looking to add and experience Site Manager to the team.

The Opportunity

Joining a specialist fit out and refurbishment contractor who due to ongoing work and continued business development success are looking to add to its established team. Working as the onsite lead you will be overseeing your own project valued from £500,000 to £5,000,000. This could be your opportunity to join a contractor who have build strong relationships with it clients based on its core values of delivering the highest quality projects on time across the retail, commercial and hospitality industries.

Our client is interested in individuals who are interested in a permanent opportunity and will see this role as a chance to prove what they are capable of. This position could lead to permanent employment with a Salary of circa £60,000.

Skills and Experience

Our client is looking to speak with experienced Site Managers who have a proven track record successfully taking the lead onsite role of high end fit out projects. This role will be suited to those who are able to motivate the onsite team whilst maintaining the highest health, safety and quality standards. Working to deadlines its is important you are able to organise and drive the program of works to meet these. This role will require a current SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS accreditation.
