Freelance Site Manager - Immediate start - 6 months - Main contractor - Working on two new build projects (£15m) in the Lancashire area.

The opportunity:
You will be working on two new build schemes in the care sector valued between £10m and £15m. You will be reporting to a site based project Manager and your responsibilities will include overseeing all of the internal trades / labour on the fit out stages. The first project you will be placed on is already approaching fit out stages so ideally you will be able to start immediately. The next scheme you will go on to is also in the Lancashire area and your duties will be the same. ie overseeing all of the internal works, quality and H & S on this new build care facility.

Skills / Experience:
CSCS SMSTS First Aid
The ideal candidate will have a strong main contractor background, be experienced with internals / fit out work and be available to start asap.
