Freelance Site Manager position - 6 weeks + - South Birmingham - Circa £250 per day - working with an established residential contractor on a new build project.

This Site Manager role will see you working with an onsite Project Manager taking control of the day to day site delivery and overseeing the onsite trades, labour and subcontractors. This project will consist of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which are currently underway. We are looking for a strong onsite lead who is able to drive and motivate the team whilst keeping high standards of health, safety and quality. This role is suited to a hands on manager who is happy working out in the field with the onsite team and when needed don't mind fixing minor snags themselves.

This role will require a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification.
