Freelance Site Manager opportunity - Working as the onsite lead to a new build steel frame unit - Carlisle area - circa 25 week program - £250 per day

Working with an established North West contractor you will be taking the lead role on a new build steel frame project in the Bolton area. Working closely with the onsite team and reporting back to a visiting Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for managing the build program, maintaining health and safety and overseeing the quality inspections. Overseeing the project from groundworks through steel erection, cladding and fit-out.

This role is suited to a experienced Site Manager coming from a main contractor background who is happy working as the onsite No.1. This role will require a current SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualification.
