Freelance Site Manager opportunity - 28 week contract - Worcester - Working as the onsite lead for a new build 2-storey modular build and fit out project - starting January 3rd 2023

Working with an establish contractor you will be overseeing the onsite team. This project will consist of a light weight steel frame, modular unit installation and internal fit out. You will be responsible for the pushing the work program and ensuring both quality and health and safety standards are maintained.

This role will require experience as an onsite lead manager. You will also require a current SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualification.
