Site Manager - North West Regional Contractor - Established over 50 years, Turnover secured for 2019 - looking to further expand their Team - Further Future Growth Predicted

The Opportunity

Having built a reputation in the North West for delivering projects on time and to a high standard, this established contractor is looking to further add to their existing team.

The Role

Working as a No.2 Site Manager reporting to a Project Manager, you will take responsibility for providing progress updates, check quality and quantity of all deliveries, attend all meetings, manage and oversee all subcontractors on site and ensure that all Health, Safety and Welfare policies are adhered to at all times. The ability to develop strong relationships with both sub-contractors is also key.

Skills and Experience

As Site Manager, you will have proven experience of having worked on a project's including Care Homes, high-rise residential and hotels is preferred but not essential. You will need to come from a stable employment background and have a proven ability of leading a strong site team with the experience to build lasting relationships with site staff and clients alike.
