Skills & Experience

As Site Manager you will have experience of working for a main contractor on accommodation or residential projects, be able to prioritise your workload ensuring that all key indicators are adhered to so that the project is kept to programme.

As Site Manager, your duties will include organising the workforce so that they are fully occupied at all times, managing and ensuring all Health & Safety is strictly adhered to and that you are working to programme, ensuring all objectives are being met with all work completed to a high standard. You will need the ability provide weekly reports to the project management team, manage and lead the workforce by building and maintaining relationships with site personnel and ensure that all key indicators are met.

You will also need:

CSCS Black Card
SMSTS
First Aid Certification
HNC/HND level in construction or equivalent
