Site Manager opportunity working within a well-known main contract in the housing division. A well-established Regional contractor with over history stretching back over 100 years'. A division looking to further expand their Team and workload.

The Opportunity

As Site Manager you will be reporting to the onsite Project Manager working as part of a team on a new build housing project valued at circa £25m consisting of 164 units.

Skills & Experience

Reporting to a site-based Project Manager, duties will include ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with the contract information, drawings and specifications, monitoring progress in line with the current programme and reports and providing weekly progress updates. An eye for checking quality and quantity of all deliveries is essential as well as attending all meetings, managing and overseeing all subcontractors on site and ensuring that all Health, Safety and Welfare policies are adhered to at all times.

As you will have a number of on site trades and Assistant Site Managers reporting to you, it is essential that you have the experience of building relationships with those around you to further strengthen the team.

Skills & Experience

*Ideally coming from a housing / social housing background is preferred
*Experience of working in a similar role is essential
*CSCS card
*SMSTS
*First Aid Certificates
